If the order does not meet your wishes or is damaged upon arrival, you can return the order. Notify us immediately by sending an email to info@avarcas4all.nl containing the order number, color and size, and your bank or giro account number. You must then return the unused items in the original packaging to Lilitstijl. Please wrap the package and do not put any stickers on the original packaging or write on it. The return shipment must have sufficient postage. Lilitstijl will refund the purchase value including shipping costs (of the initial shipment) within 10 days of receipt of the return shipment. The return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

If the customer only returns part of the initial order, the original outward shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
