Below you will find the general terms and conditions that relate to payment, delivery costs, order and delivery time and returns.

Payment
The prices stated on the website are in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs. Payment can be made via iDEAL or bank transfer. Lilitstijl delivers the item after payment has been received. The delivery time starts when Lilitstijl has received payment.

Delivery costs
Lilitstijl charges a fixed contribution to the shipping cost. The amount of this contribution for shipping in the Netherlands is € 5.95 per order, regardless of the number of items. Delivery cost within Europe depend on the country of destination. Deliveries outside Europe are possible, but Lilitstijl must be contacted in advance for costs and delivery time.

Order and delivery time
After receiving the order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation by e-mail. As soon as the amount due has been credited to Lilitstijl's account, Lilitstijl will ship the ordered items, if in stock, within 4 working days. If the ordered goods are not in stock, Lilitstijl will contact you immediately. If the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you have the right to cancel the agreement and get your money back within 30 days.

Applicability of general terms and conditions
These conditions apply to all orders placed with Lilitstijl. On request we will send you a written copy of the general terms and conditions.

Guarantees
Lilitstijl guarantees that the handmade sandals are sound and meet the specifications stated in the offer. If the item does not meet the stated specifications, you can return the item within 2 months. Defects that have arisen as a result of normal wear and tear or that are due to significant fault of the customer are not covered by the warranty.

Force majeur
Force majeur Lilitstijl is not obliged to fulfill any obligation towards the customer if it is prevented from doing so by force majeure. Force majeure in any case includes serious business disruptions at Lilitstijl and transport stagnation.

Intellectual property rights 
This website in its entirety, including the naming, design, layout and text, is protected by copyright. Nothing from this website may be used for other websites and/or for other purposes without permission from Lilitstijl.

Privacy
Lilitstijl does not pass on the customer's personal data to third parties without the customer's permission. Lilitstijl uses customer data to process orders.

Applicable law/ applicable court
Dutch law applies to all agreements and all disputes that may arise from them. The Subdistrict Court or the District Court in Amsterdam have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute between Lilitstijl and the customer.
